RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Jaipur Gemstone, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Custom orders, engraved items, or made-to-order gems are non-returnable.
- Loose gemstones must be returned with their original certificate (if provided).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at support@jaipurgemstone.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will bear all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
